Oh, does our Lilly love our grandkids sox, and of course they leave them where Lilly can get them.
Tug-o-war is bad, thats great advice, as it teaches the dog not to let go of the ball so you can throw it again. Trying to explain this to our grandkids,,,,,,
But they have so much fun together, they are wonderful.

Couldn’t help but laugh at the list of chewables, as Dolly sees the world.I have never understood my dogs’ fascination with chewing paper. I can’t imagine tastes good and it just becomes this sodden mass. With socks, I thought it was the smell, but if I don’t FIRMLY close my sock drawer, Brutus will gladly empty the sock drawer and bring them all upstairs to the dog bed there and chew the nice and clean ones just as happily as the ones he pulls out of the laundry hamper.

We have a pitbull next door, and he’s pretty laid back and gentle. You’ll have a lot of doggone great material to blog, I’m sure.

You write so well! I love the way you describe the things she did when she was new to you, so funny. I wish I could write like that, as our Lilly was whacky when she was a pup, and still is.
